We want to re-establish artisan cheese in Munich. We want you to experience it. Our cheese combines exiting delight and regional lifestyle. It´s a special piece of food art. It´s the opposit of industrial cheese because we only use best, regional and organic hay milk from Nirschlhof (Garching b. München). We use traditional methods and allow the cheese age slowly. And we work in the city of Munich.
