This Fund is currently invested in a Choa Chu Kang Executive Condominium development and a residential apartment project development in Mega Kuningan, Jakarta, Indonesia. 2. Catalyst Stirling Fort Pharma Fund SPC, which invests in innovative technology companies in the healthcare sector. This Fund is currently invested in a pharmaceutical company involved in research and development of drugs to treat Alzheimer’s disease. 3. Stirling Fort Asia Income PLUS Fund which seek to achieve reliable and consistent incomes with “PLUS” capital growth from investing in Asian companies. Stirling also manages customised discretionary portfolios for high networth family-office clients.
