Stirling Fort Capital (“Stirling") is an independent multi-asset fund management company regulated by the MAS. Stirling is founded by 3 senior investment professionals from Singapore and Europe, with a total of more than half a century of investment experience. Since late 2015, SGX-listed Pollux Properties Ltd has invested significant equity stakes in Stirling to collaborate and develop property-related funds platform to further value-add to clients’ portfolios. Our core expertise lies in our deep understanding of Asian economies and culture. Wealth fortified is our promise to clients. Investment return is fortified by taking care of the downside before letting the upside take care of itself. We currently manage the following funds: 1. Stirling Fort ASEAN Real Estate Fund 1 SPC, which invests in regional real estate development projects. This Fund is currently invested in a Choa Chu Kang Executive Condominium development and a residential apartment project development in Mega Kuningan, Jakarta, Indonesia. 2. Catalyst Stirling Fort Pharma Fund SPC, which invests in innovative technology companies in the healthcare sector. This Fund is currently invested in a pharmaceutical company involved in research and development of drugs to treat Alzheimer’s disease. 3. Stirling Fort Asia Income PLUS Fund which seek to achieve reliable and consistent incomes with “PLUS” capital growth from investing in Asian companies. Stirling also manages customised discretionary portfolios for high networth family-office clients.
