Kasnodar Caviar, created in 2018, is the premium brand of the Acipenser farm. It is a tribute to Russia and the special relationship that the farm's employees have with the world's greatest sturgeon expert, Mikhail Chebanov.
The brand is named after the southern Russian city of Krasnodar, the world's cradle of caviar production, where the fertilised Acipenser sturgeon eggs are sourced. Nestled in the heart of Mantasoa Lake, east of Antananarivo, the sturgeons benefit from a temperate climate that is conducive to their development, making the breeding performance in Madagascar exceptional.
