Founded in the 1930s as a small joinery business, Pochin’s has grown over the past 80 years to become synonymous with construction and property development in the North West of England and North Wales. Operating from its headquarters in Middlewich, Cheshire, Pochin’s has been responsible for some of the region’s most recognisable buildings and continues to deliver new and exciting projects today. Throughout its history, Pochin’s has remained a family-oriented business and is currently led by a third generation senior leadership team.
