McCaul Build is a development and construction contracting company based in the North West of England. We are a family run company. A core principle for our company is to have a hands-on approach to managing the details of each development process from site acquisition to sales. We have extensive experience in both new build and renovation of listed buildings. With in-house contracting skill McCauls manages the entire construction process to ensure through craft and quality control that the architectural vision is realised. Using best practice design principles McCauls develops their designs from the contexts within which the sites are located. Massing, form and material are then carefully considered to make each project unique. This approach takes time and effort to achieve results and is at the core of the company’s mission statement ‘design inspires communities’.
