Urbandale Health Care Center is a 106-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility that offers a full spectrum of post-hospitalization care including TruRehab therapy services, short-term skilled care, and long-term care. We are conveniently located one block East from the corner of Meredith Drive and 86th Street.
