Founded by Carl O'Boyle, Carl is a RICS Chartered Building Surveyor, Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) and a member of the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors. As a former employee of COSTAIN CONSTRUCTION & ENGINEERING LTD., he worked at a high level on prestigious contracts in the city of London. Following this, as the Managing Director for 18 years of his own local development company he gained a wealth of knowledge and experience in all aspects of the construction industry, successfully and safely developing and selling over £40m of domestic and commercial properties in London, Middlesex, Essex, and Gloucestershire.
