Tayross Associates Ltd is a CIOB Chartered Building Consultancy based in Pinner, offering core Building Surveying and Party Wall Agreement surveying services and Boundary Dispute Resolution services. In addition, we offer full Construction Project Management Services from assistance with project planning & design, budget & tendering through to contract administration & build phase management services. We can also provide Builder Cost-Overrun Dispute Resolution services and the preparation of independent reports on Contract Administration where this has failed to meet Client’s requirements. Founded by Carl O'Boyle, Carl is a RICS Chartered Building Surveyor, Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) and a member of the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors. As a former employee of COSTAIN CONSTRUCTION & ENGINEERING LTD., he worked at a high level on prestigious contracts in the city of London. Following this, as the Managing Director for 18 years of his own local development company he gained a wealth of knowledge and experience in all aspects of the construction industry, successfully and safely developing and selling over £40m of domestic and commercial properties in London, Middlesex, Essex, and Gloucestershire.
