Dynamic Health Systems created VitruCare as an innovative patient engagement platform to be used in healthcare settings that was created to address the challenges of providing personalized care to patients with chronic conditions or other conditions involving complex care plans. The platform was developed by a team of healthcare experts in collaboration with their patients who recognized that engaging patients in their care and motivating them to take an active role in managing their condition has a very positive effect on health outcomes resulting in significant time savings for healthcare professionals and future healthcare costs.
