Flower Effect seeks to cultivate community healing through addressing complex trauma and acknowledging the connection between trauma and community violence. Our work aims to create opportunities for individuals and organizations to sow the seeds of radical transformation in their lives and workplaces. We are designing creative and engaging relationship-building opportunities. We hope to co-create truly non-hierarchical and decolonized learning and practice spaces rooted in community and connection, spaces that can sustain an environment ripe for accountability and transformation.
