Istem Without Borders

We ought to live in a world that is naturally balanced or else nature will reset us. If then what good the technology we create do to us if women are less represented in STEM? Our mission is to close the gender gap in STEM so we attain balance. iSTEM Without Borders is a non-profit organization primarily helping women pursue and thrive in their careers in STEM. Our primary goal is to close the gap between genders in STEM. We are exploring nations who have achieved this goal far earlier and spread that knowledge to minimize gender imbalance in STEM in United States. We plan to gradually take these lessons to other nations where women are hindered and restricted by social and cultural boundaries. We also inspire and handing necessary tools to both male & female students wanting to pursue STEM. We are guiding them K-12 to all the way through college working directly with them and as well as with educational institutions, STEM clubs and or social clubs.
