Thrive is a movement dedicated to creating lasting change and closing the gender gap in our industry. We are a governing board of established and emerging leaders committed to bringing forth diverse perspectives to further the advancement of women in the travel industry by building a global community. Our mission is to raise awareness of the regression of women in the workplace. Actively work to close this gap by providing tangible resources to women in the travel industry.
