Women in Life Science Norway (WiLD Norway) is a network for professional exchange, dedicated to empowering women in the Norwegian Health & Life Science ecosystem. WiLD Norway’s mission is to foster equal opportunities for women across corporate, academic, and healthcare sectors, enabling women to realize their full potential in their respective fields and careers of choice. As a movement, WiLD Norway recognizes the legacy of those who paved the way before – the many women who raised their ceiling high so that women today could have a stronger floor on which to stand. WiLD Norway also embraces the responsibility to elevate today’s ceiling for the benefit of future generations.
