WECIL is an award winning, user led organisation supporting Disabled people to live the life they choose. Our approach is fully person centred. Our staff have lived experience and this informs the support we offer. We believe that this first-hand experience provides us with unrivalled experience in our field, enabling us to offer sound advice and support to our community. We listen and understand the needs of our community so that we can continue to support them with whatever they need.
