United Way Of Portage County

United Way of Portage County is an independently-governed 501(c)3 nonprofit organization connected to a network of more than 1,400 local United Ways through United Way Worldwide. We have our own board of directors and focus our work creating long-lasting changes by addressing the underlying causes of problems with our community. United Way of Portage County’s strategic approach to community problem solving concentrates on collaboration and results. We achieve results through 34 partner programs and agencies. United Way of Portage County works to advance the common good by creating opportunities for a better life for all. When we reach out a hand to one, we influence the condition of all. Our focus is on Education, Income and Health - the building blocks for a good quality life.
