"United Nations Youth and Students Association of Bangladesh” (UNYSAB) is a voluntary youth and student movement for United Nations. It is dedicated to convey the voice of young generation regarding current global issues such as MDG, CoP, human rights and development, environment, disarmament, social justice etc. It is an excellent environment for development of organizational and leadership skills, intellectual abilities and research orientation.
Our Aims:
As a students’ movement for the United Nations, UNYSAB's aims are:
1. To construct the views and the ideas in cooperate with the purposes and principles of the U.N. movement and to the promotion of public awareness in the activities of the United Nations and its agencies.
2. To motivate and sensitize the youth in taking positive concerted actions for the global harmony, cultural interactions and the knowledge exchange.
Activities Outline For UNYSAB:
1. Organizing Model United Nations Conference (MUN) and MUN workshops at the university level as well as the collage and school levels
2. Organizing seminars and workshops and other promotional activities on the issues concerning burning global problems or on personal development
3. Participating in MUN around the world and thus enhancing the diplomatic abilities
4. Commemorating major UN days
5. Organizing cultural and youth exchange programs
