The Unionville Business Improvement Area is an association that acts on behalf of its member merchants, restaurants, businesses and landowners, along with the City of Markham, to ensure that Main Street Unionville remains a safe, beautiful and vibrant heritage district in the heart of Markham. The role of the UBIA is to attract visitors, organize and promote events, maintain and beautify the street, communicate regularly with members and liaise with the City of Markham to support a well-functioning commercial environment.
