Tremont West Development

For the past three decades, Tremont West Development Corporation, a non-profit organization, has been working with residents, business owners and other community partners including the City of Cleveland to create a dynamic community. Tremont West is a Community Cevelopment Corporation serving the Tremont neighborhood. Tremont is located directly south of downtown Cleveland across the Cuyahoga River, which lends to picturesque views of the City skyline and home to the Towpath Trail in Tremont. There are a little over 9,000 residents as well as over ninety small businesses. Tremont West works to serve these populations with community building, neighborhood infrastructure improvements, home maintenance and repair and events planning and management.
