"Tissons la solidarité" reveals people’s strengths. We believe that people should be protected on their way back to stable employment.
Solidarity exists only thanks to every part that compose it, we gather and reveal the strengths of each of them.
To make a real change, we need more people fighting against insecurity and commit to re-integrate people through work under active employment policies.
Supported by 70 non-profit organization, we weaving solidarity with everyone who wants stable jobs.
Through the training provided in our shop-schools, the professionalization of our member structures, a real mobilization for employment and a textile think tank we help people fighting insecurity and found stable jobs.
- Training -
We have created two training programs which revealing the strengths of everyone and giving them specific skills on the labor market: Sales Consultant training (CQPI) and training on the basics for clothes retouch and adjustments certified by luxury houses.
- Shops-Schools -
These hybrid structures are used as training centers, but also allow everyone to access to second-hand clothing including people with a handicap.
- Professionalization -
We organize regional discussion and information meetings, working groups around the concerns of our structures. We support each organization individually in setting up innovative projects to develop or diversify activities in the textile sector.
- Employment Commitment -
The only way to guarantee stable and long-term employment for people on their way back to employment (or more widely for all job seekers) is to think about tomorrow's jobs centered on person's skills and gather people who have the power to make a change.
- Textile Think Tank -
We think together about social, economic and environmental issues raised by textiles.
