Teddy shined his light on all of us - through music, yoga, recovery, friendship - the list goes on as he still continues to guide many of us today. It's our turn to shine our light - to light up this world for our dear friend, Ted. Teddy was taken from this life too soon, but the wisdom he shared with all of us lives on -forever. Our hope, through our annual walk in his memory, the foundation, and future events, is to shine light on the shame, fear, isolation that comes along with mental health disorders, specifically substance use disorder. Our Mission: Supporting individuals as they move through their recovery journeys by providing the resources needed to make personal and spiritual growth achievable. “In the garden of humanity, I found that social support—supporting others just as I have accepted support—has given me purpose, has made me feel like a part of a whole.”-Teddy Kradzinski Our Vision: The Foundation aims to provide access to long- and short-term recovery resources for individuals at different stages of their recovery journeys. We endow scholarships for individuals transitioning to sober living homes on their paths to recovery. We also enable those in recovery to achieve long-term personal and spiritual growth through practices in yoga, mindfulness, and meditation, as well as music.
