Sapphire was established to help young people access work and accredited training. Aiming to increase young people's independence, abilities and freedom to thrive, all while reducing unemployment, mental health issues, crime rates and homelessness.

THE SAPPHIRE EMPLOYABILITY ACADEMY (SEA)
Programme will consist of: Life Sentence Employability Young Offenders Programme, Employability Support, Training, Recruitment, Education, Skills Development, Accreditation Courses, Workshops, Traineeships, Mentoring and Apprenticeships.
THE SAPPHIRE ENRICHMENT ACADEMY (EA)
Programmes will consist of:

THE SAPPHIRE LEADERSHIP AND IDENTITY ACADEMY (SLIA)
Programme consists of: Leadership, Financial Management, Public Speaking, Project Management, Business Planning, Writing Techniques, Bid Writing, Branding and Identity
THE SAPPHIRE FIRE NETWORK (SFN)
We aim to inspire, empower and motivate vulnerable young BAME women aged 15 to 30 years.
