Welcome to The Learners Lab Foundation Tax-Exempt Small Business Collaborative (TLLF-TSBC) The Learners Lab Foundation has restructured and expanded exponentially into 25 new charitable organizations and org-level programs to become the charitable version of the US Small Business Administration + the US Department of Commerce, with its LLC parent functioning as GSA. Due to the need of 501c for Startups & Entrepreneurs to have equal and open access to business assets, grants, & financing, our mission became impossible to achieve as a one-person operation charity, hence this massive expansion into a charitable collaborative. The Foundation always operated nationally. In addition to virtual support, The TLLF-TSBC as a Collabortive plans brick-n-mortar facilities and branches in all 50 States, The District of Columbia, & Puerto Rico.
