LASBM membership is open to all school business management support staff in the North-West area. Our aim is to provide a network to support our business management colleagues in all school phases. We hold regular conferences: two in the spring term (east and west), two in the summer term (east and west), and two in the autumn term (east and west).
Our events are structured in such a way as to provide optimum value for delegates, and comprise a mix of keynote speakers, sponsor presentations, relevant sponsor exhibitors and SBM development and networking sessions. Conference planning is guided by delegate responses, and feedback is consistently excellent.
Our group is growing, with over 400 members receiving regular information from LASBM. Conference attendance is increasing, which was the reason for splitting in to east and west Lancashire events. We usually have between 75 and 95 delegates at each event, with 150+ at our combined events.
With our website and thriving online community we aim to provide more accessibility to local information pertinent to our members.
