The Kectil Program is an initiative of The Malmar Knowles Family Foundation (“MKFF”). MKFF is a Non-profit Corporation organized under the laws of Georgia, USA and Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

The Program comprises a one-year web-based training program that was started in January 2017 with 282 participants from 32 countries. The 2018 Kectil Colleague class had over 700 Kectil participants from 52 countries. Currently the 2019 Program has 760 participants from 63 countries.
Each month the program trains the youth on different modules. Currently our agenda includes the following modules;

-Enabling Women to Succeed in Society; Males as Promise Keepers
-Population Growth and Effect on Youth
-Youth Unemployment and Poverty Employment
-Innovation to Advance Society
-Entrepreneurship and Corporate Product Development

Each module includes a web-session that helps facilitate the delivery of the content. The colleagues are also given assignments each month.
The Kectil Colleagues in the program connect with other students on our pass-code protected website and on social media (Facebook, Twitter & Instagram) with facilitated web-based group discussions.
