The EXchange is a free nonprofit community designed by and for leaders that are motivated to learn from one another to improve people’s experience of work. Our members are a network of EX, PX, WX, HX, SX, DEX* who value collaborative thinking and co-creation. (*If you can fully understand this alphabet soup of acronyms, you’re in the right place.
