The desire to have a common space and a community where you can ‘belong’, learn, unlearn, and allow yourself the freedom to be vulnerable, is basic to humans. This frames the fundamental notion behind Bodhi.
We sought inspiration from the great Bodhi tree which commands value and respect in Buddhism. Just like the branches of the tree, the Bodhi network is our attempt to collaborate and form a cohesive hub of knowledge and support for a community of leaders, starting with a focus on women. We aim to begin with a place for candid expression for discussions around career planning, negotiation, workplace politics, breaking the glass ceiling, and more.
The movement takes shape in the form of a strong, curated network to whom you can pose questions. We also run a 1 on 1 mentorship program where a mentor and mentee are paired for 3 months to help the mentee realise her potential, aspirations, and goals.
