Survivor Tails Animal Rescue is a 501(c)3 non-profit, all-volunteer organization in Boston, MA that exists to rescue, re-home, and rehabilitate homeless, unwanted, abused, and neglected dogs and cats and place them in loving and responsible forever homes.
We aim to decrease the euthanasia rates of our high-kill shelter partners by promoting adoption and educating the public on the importance of spaying/neutering and micro chipping their pets.
We pull dogs and cats from high-kill shelters, often in the south, where overpopulation is a major issue due to the lack of spay/neuter laws. We are not a shelter facility and strive to maintain a network of dependable foster families, capable veterinarians and experienced trainers to ensure preparedness of our rescued pets for healthy, fulfilling lives in their adoptive homes.
