Soul Trail is a non profit nature based organisation that aims to improve mental and physical health. We are part of Bristol Green Social Prescribing initiative, offering free programmes to the community through GP/self referrals.
We offer a therapeutic experience supporting people to feel more present, connected with nature and help improve mental health. Walks will include mindfulness, group activities, foraging, and psycho-education.
100% attendees reported an increase in happiness, confidence and optimism , and a decrease in anxiety after the programme. On average, there was a 60% increase in Happiness and a 70% decrease in Anxiety.
