River Breeze Event Center

River Breeze Event Center is a 7+ acre outdoor event center, with access and a million-dollar view right on the Holston River, just minutes from downtown Knoxville. Originally this space was home to Knoxville’s River Breeze Drive-in that first opened to the public in June of 1950. The movie screen was sixty feet tall and eighty feet wide and hotdogs were just a quarter. While our hotdogs won’t be a quarter, we hope your experience is just as lovely as the patrons experienced in 1950. Bring a friend, grab your blanket and be prepared to enjoy yourself at one of our shows! While you’re here you can also adventure on the Holston River with Knoxville Adventure Collective. They will allow guests to take a half-day trip by canoe or kayak from the River Breeze to downtown, or a two-hour trip to Holston River Park.
