We take time to be close to the candidates, on the
one hand, and to the Client, on the other. We attach
particular importance to such direct interactions
because these are especially favourable both for the
quality of our work and for the continued growth of
the organisation we assist.
One crucial aspect of our original methodology is to maintain contact with the
candidates: we safeguard continuity by communicating updates on successive
steps of the process, by remembering to give feedback, as well as by providing
mediation and support during final interviews and when offers are to be made.
We recruit on a global scale: the work we do includes
staffing Clients’ new units both in Poland and in other
parts of the continent. At the same time, what operating globally means to us
is to reach beyond Poland’s candidate market, and look
for proficient individuals farther, within the CEE and beyond.
