Poole Housing Partnership

Poole Housing Partnership (PHP) is an Arms-Length Management Organisation (ALMO), which looks after BCP Council's housing stock across Poole. As an ALMO, we have been able to introduce new ways of working and modern methods of procurement, which have delivered significant efficiencies and cost savings. These savings, along with any 'surplus', have allowed us to increase our investment in new homes and improvements to existing homes. We actively encourage residents to be involved in how their homes and communities are managed, maintained and improved.
