OR Movement was founded in 2002 with the goal of advancing the State of Israel through the development of the Negev and the Galilee.
One of OR’s main programs is 'Israel 2048' vision, which OR Movement is leading with hundreds of partners from all sectors, the vision’s main objective is to turn the Negev & Galilee into independent, thriving economic centers, drawing residents & businesses from all parts of the of the country, serving as a national growth engine.
As part of the 2048 vision, the 'Equitable Cities' program begun in April 2019 as a joint national project of OR Movement, government ministries & local municipalities.
The program's goal is to reduce the gaps between development cities and cities in Central Israel and to serve as a broad platform for economic & community growth, urban planning & the rebranding of each city in order to attract businesses & new residents.
The 'Equitable Cities' program is strives to create change by offering comprehensive & effective solutions to meet the burning needs of Israeli society.
A main pillar for development is economic growth. Therefore, Or Movement acts to create win-win situations for companies to open offices and locations in the Negev & Galilee by connecting local assets & the needs of the companies.
OR Movement offers companies support during the whole process of moving – starting with creating initial connections & finishing when the company has fully integrated in the new location.
