Strategic operating advisor to senior leadership teams, venture funds and Boards of Directors in early and mid-stage companies assessing readiness to scale. Focus on value creation and alignment for internal and external stakeholders and customers. Serve in a variety of roles from advisor/partner to fractional and full time C-suite leadership.
Focus on readiness:
- Confirming product/market fit - including revenue model and target customers
- Matching revenue model with appropriate legal and contract structure
- Projecting the growth of the business tied to value creation for customers
- Defining KPIs and measures of success
- Documenting and establishing operational process required to scale
- Building an Investable Story around all of the above to attract new outside capital, when necessary, to support rapid growth
- Preparing the team to operate and report in an investor-backed organization
