The National Employment Pact (NEP) aims to promote sustainable employment by providing fair and decent jobs to Egyptian youth. NEP’s main focus is on blue collar jobs – a job segment with high employment potential but often inadequate working conditions and low social prestige.
The NEP offers job preparation and job matching to young Egyptian job seekers between the age of 18 and 35 who do not necessarily receive any higher education or formal technical training. NEP also advises member companies in the areas of recruitment, retention and job quality.
We are proud that we have placed 10,000+ Egyptian youth in fair and decent job so far, and we look forward to continue being a strong link between job seekers and employers in Egypt.
