Mount Street Club Trust

The Mount Street Club was founded in Dublin in 1934 as a unique response to unemployment in the city. Our work today focuses on supporting innovative projects to generate real change for disadvantaged communities in the wider Dublin area. Hope & Ambition, our current development initiative, aims to put the principles of trust-based philanthropy into practice - and to the test - in an Irish context. At the heart of Hope & Ambition is a mutual commitment to the the value of shared learning. Trustees and recipients alike hope that this initiative might positively influence the culture and practice of philanthropy in Ireland to the benefit of society as a whole.
