The organisation enables people with an intellectual disability to achieve their health and wellbeing goals and live their best life possible. We aim to inspire, uncover potential and create greater communities. Minda is the largest not-for-profit disability service provider and employer in SA, providing home and living services, housing, children’s services, short term respite accommodation, supported employment, day programs and community support, and allied health therapy. OUR VISION To be a leading force for good within Australia in supporting people living with an intellectual disability in all aspects of their lives. OUR MISSION To provide advocacy, support and services to enable people living with an intellectual disability to live their best lives. OUR NAME We proudly wear our name and acknowledge that Minda is named by the Kaurna people meaning a “place of shelter and protection”.
