Menstrual Cafe Rajguru

Menstrual Cafe, Shaheed Rajguru College is a campus ambassador program which is meant for students in educational institutions wherein they engage in dialogue and activities with the aim to dismantle stigma and generate awareness around Menstrual Health and Hygiene, Sexual and Reproductive Health Rights and Mental Health. The Menstrual Café, Shaheed Rajguru College of Applied Sciences for Women, University of Delhi has been successfully leading in its purpose to de-stigmatize menstruation and raise awareness about it in all the corners of the world. We have been able to conduct huge events with many who who’s of various fields. This includes national cyber security expert Mr. Rakshit Tandon, gynecologist Ms. Rima Ranka, psychiatrist Dr. Chayanika Chaudhary and Ms. Vithika Yadav. We have successfully inaugurated a pad vending machine and incinerator in our college. We have also been able to conduct a 15 day long annual fest named Avshata, and it turned out to be a huge success.
