Material Handling Society New Jersey

The Material Handling Society New Jersey is a 501(c)(6) non-profit organization dedicated to supporting material handling professionals by providing an educational forum and fostering communication among New Jersey's manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution practitioners. The MHSNJ will provide a vehicle through which its members gain a vision of the future regarding material handling principles, practices, systems, and technologies. With this increased awareness and knowledge, MHSNJ members shall be prepared to meet the challenges ahead and contribute to the productivity and efficiency of the organizations that employ them as material handling professionals. Each year the Society awards scholarships annually to college students pursuing studies in material handling related fields. Our MHSNJ Golf Classic each June raises over $7,500 annually to be awarded to students from New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT), Rider University and Rutgers University. To date this event has raised over $100,000 in scholarship money.
