Lipont Place

Founded in 2016, Lipont Place is a commercial art space invested by the Lipont Enterprise Union. Located at the business district of the City of Richmond, Canada, Lipont Place is also in the heart of the arts and culture district designated by the government. It is right across from the Aberdeen Skytrain station and is only ten minutes away from the Vancouver International Airport. The 21,000 ft2 Lipont Place engages designers, architects and artists to bring new vigour and vitality to the Vancouver art scene and to build a multifunctional platform for art, design, film, music, theatre, new media, and fashion.  Lobby: 3,300 sq ft, facing Number Three Road, 20-ft floor-to-ceiling windows fully covered by transparent UV-films.  Garage Art SpaceTM: 5,500 sq ft multi-functional gallery space renovated from an auto service centre  Art studios  Office space  24-hour video surveillance and alarm system  Across from the Canada Line Aberdeen Station  200+ parking stalls All spaces mentioned above can be used for exhibitions, trade shows, forums, lectures, performances, fashion shows, meetings, receptions and festivals.
