Leading Young

Leading Young is a values-based Leadership training and development program with a key focus on developing effective leaders who possess strong values for good governance. The overall objective is to improve the effectiveness of young legislators in the Kenyan political space to be champions of ethical, transparent, and accountable governance both at national and local government level through capacity-building training that establishes purposeful, effective, and values-based leaders in their respective areas of service. Leading Young operates in partnership between Kenya Young Parliamentarians Association(KYPA), Kenya Young Members of County Assembly Association (KYMCA), International Christian Centre –Nairobi (ICC Nairobi) and the Ford Foundation
