Together, we’ve helped 1,100+ homebuyers overcome the down payment savings barrier without increasing their monthly mortgage payments. Of them, nearly 45% are Black, Indigenous, People of Color (BIPOC) and about 22% have incomes below 80% Area Median Income (AMI).
