Ladies Lounge by DBCD ( former Scandinavian Business Women) is a network of Danish women in the UAE. Ladies Lounge is where women meet, share ideas, visions and discover new possibilities within and across businesses. The network provides opportunities for professional development and is the place to find a solid network with like-minded people in the UAE. The purpose of the network is to build, support and strengthen relations between members and the community we live in. We seek to engage and inspire through networking events, company visits and other types of meetings. Some events are of a social nature, and on most occasions the events are open to non-members as well. The network was founded in 2008 by a group of passionate Danish business women. Today we are a key player in the Danish and Scandinavian society in Dubai and we actively cooperate with other networks, business councils, Danish Business Council, the Danish Embassy and Consulate.
