Established in June of 2009 as a special events company, Kaleidoscope Solutions was immediately approached for wedding, corporate and association events simply by word-of-mouth. In its immediate success out the gate, Owner; Clayre Cardi was prompt to hire a small team in support of the events upcoming. Today, we are a thriving company made up of three principal planners and hourly staff for each event.
Kaleidoscope Solutions serves the Philadelphia and surrounding areas for all levels of Wedding Planning, Corporate Events and Dinners, Registration Management, CPE Event Management, Association Galas, Race Management and Destination Management. With our combined 30+ years of experience in the hospitality industry, we have developed strong relationships with top caterers, venues and vendors in Philadelphia, New Jersey, Delaware and the surrounding suburbs. We are happy to say, we have a 100% success rate in planning all types of events; small executive dinner outings to large corporate milestone events, comedy shows to tradeshows, teambuilding activities to full destination management, birthday parties to high profile weddings.
