Mission To build and grow a central gathering place for sharing and promoting Japanese and Japanese American culture and heritage. Vision A lively, intergenerational gathering place and destination in the Pacific Northwest, where people of all backgrounds learn Japanese language and traditional arts, celebrate Japanese and Japanese American history and culture, and build intercultural understanding. Facilities The Seattle Japanese Language School, the Northwest Nikkei Museum, the Hosekibako Japanese Resale Shop, the Nikkei Bunko Japanese Language Library, the Resource Center as well as a variety of other Japanese cultural and martial arts classes are held on our campus of historical buildings.
