We create better leaders to create better societies. JCI is a voluntary organization. Our aim is to develop the skills of each of our members and help them reach their true potential – we want to be recognized as a source of successful young business, political and social leaders. We also strive to "create positive change" both in our members and in society as a whole. We are active in the local business and civic community as an organization that develops the leaders of today and tomorrow. Activities Essentially there are four different "Areas of Opportunity" in which JCI members operate: Personal Development, Business, Internationalism and Community. Personal Development We offer extensive high-level training programs for personal growth and development, like Coaching, Motivation, Project Management … Business We operate in the heart of the business communities and provide members with the opportunity to develop their business experience – learning by doing, and to network with successful business leaders. JCI members can learn and grow by participating in a variety of projects to master the role of managers, visionaries and coaches. Internationalism Through international conferences, exchange programs and twinning's between chambers we provide opportunities to develop global awareness. Community The aim is to provide opportunities to develop community responsibility and have an important role in helping create positive change through involvement in civic and community projects.
