International Industrial Gases Limited is one of the leading manufacturer and exporter of acetylene plant, air separation plant (oxygen and nitrogen plant), nitrous oxide plant, equipment and gases for industrial and medical purposes. Our company designs, fabricates, and supplies plants that are in compliance to the international standards. Established in Kolkata, India in 1947, The Industrial Gases Limited was founded by the pioneer entrepreneur in the field of industrial gases, Mr. Kanhiya Lal Garg. The company was initially dedicated to the production and distribution of industrial oxygen, medical oxygen and acetylene gas but soon grew into a multifaceted organization covering the manufacture of acetylene generator, oxygen plants, arc welding electrodes, welding and gas cutting equipment. In 1988, the company was divided into two groups, and one of the groups assumed the name of International Industrial Gases Limited which quickly broke into new ventures including the development of dry and wet flash back and flame arrestors, and various types of valves. International Industrial Gases Limited in currently led by Mr. Devendra Kumar Garg who has been associated with this industry for over 50 years.
