ICEVI Africa is a professional non-governmental organization dedicated to advocating for equal educational and rehabilitative opportunities for individuals with visual impairments to achieve their full potential within the African continent. What We Do: -We promote cooperation among local, national, regional, continental and global governmental and non-governmental organizations that have an interest in the education and inclusion of people with visual impairment. -We influence governments and non-governmental agencies to adopt policies and practices that improve the quality of education and the inclusion of people with visual impairment. -We promote the involvement of people with visual impairment and their families in policy and planning to improve education and the provision of services to them.
