In 1979, in Codognè, a town of the Treviso area, opened a small steel processing factory. By interpreting the needs of the catering market, three entrepreneurs began producing a line of neutral elements for pastry shops. Within a few years, the company succeeded on the domestic market and starded expanding in Europe as well.
