ISEF means equal access to higher education for Israel’s underserved communities. In the global knowledge economy, Israel needs to nurture its most important natural resource – the minds of its young people. ISEF is a leader in human capital development, which it sees as the key to a securing Israel's future. Since 1977, many thousands of extraordinary young Israelis from underserved backgrounds have earned degrees from BA to PhD and postdoc thanks to ISEF’s support and become key players in Israel’s economy and society.
